How do I place an order?

Please email [email protected] to place your order.  We require the following details:

Quantity, style number, color, and item sizing (as applicable).

Date you need your order delivered (in-hands date).

Final vector art files (ai or eps) with PMS colors listed and all fonts outlined.

Your ship to address.

Our company is not back in the office yet. Are you able to ship our order to each person’s home address?

Yes, and this has been by far the most asked question over the past year. During this time we’ve shipped thousands of individual gifts to home addresses in the US as well as international destinations. We usually charge a $5 per address handling fee and then the exact cost to ship to each recipient’s home address via UPS ground. That shipping cost is between $9 and $18 per shipment, depending on the box size. Shipping for oversize items and to an international location costs more.

What are your payment terms and what forms of payment do you accept?

Payment for all goods is due prior to shipment. We accept ACH transfers and all major credit cards. Company checks are accepted from established customers.

What is your typical project turnaround time?

For orders up to 2,500 units, most U.S. domestic projects can be delivered within 10 business days after final art approval (including time in transit). Higher volume orders often require additional time. To speed the process, please have your final art ready in vector format (ai, eps, pdf) when you place your order.

Will I receive a virtual proof before you produce my order?

Yes, you will receive up to two free proofs for your final approval before we move to production. We can also provide a pre-production decorated sample if needed and if time permits for an additional fee.

If I don’t find exactly what I want on this website, can you still source it for me?

Yes, we have direct access to name brands and private label manufacturers from all over the world.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship most orders via UPS ground on our Branding Studios account and then charge our customers the exact cost. If provided, we can ship your order on your UPS or FedEx account at no additional charge to you. We also ship internationally and bill customers the direct cost for all duties, taxes, and freight.

When will I receive a final order invoice?

Once your order ships, you will be emailed a final invoice. We do not mail hard copy invoices.

What is your return policy?

Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt. A return may be accepted within 10 days of delivery of your order due to product defect or any error on the part of Branding Studios. Return inquiries made later than 10 days after delivery of your order will not be accepted.

What is your sample policy?

Non-decorated samples can be supplied free of charge on a case-by-case basis. Kept samples will be invoiced after 10 business days. We require your UPS or FedEx account number in order to ship the sample to you.
