
How do I place an order?
We like to know our customers, so automated online ordering is not available via our site. Please simply place your order via [email protected]. We require the following details:
The item style number, color, and sizing (as applicable).
The quantity you are ordering.
The ship to address and delivery date for your order.
All final vector art files (ai or eps) with PMS colors listed and all fonts outlined.
Does Branding Studios create and host custom company stores and can you warehouse and fulfill all orders from these stores?
Yes, yes, yes, and yes. Just contact us and we’ll have a custom site design ready for review in a matter of weeks. We can create the custom items you want at the same time, allowing for a new company store launch on a very compressed timeline. We’re happy to provide you with some examples of our current company stores, just ask.
What is your typical turn-around time?
For orders up to 2,500 units, most U.S. domestic projects can ship within ten business days after final art approval, sometimes sooner. Higher order volume often requires more time.
Will I receive a final art proof before you move to production on my order?
Yes, for all orders other than 1-Day Rush projects you will receive up to two free proofs for your final approval before we move to production. For an additional fee, we can also provide a pre-production decorated sample if needed and if time permits.
Are you able to ship an order to each person’s home address?
Yes, this has been a core competency of ours since 2019. We’ve shipped tens of thousands of individual gifts to U.S. and International home addresses.
What are your payment terms and what forms of payment do you accept?
Payment for all goods is due when your order is placed. We accept ACH transfers and all major credit cards.
If I don’t find exactly what I want on your site, can you still source it for me?
Likely, yes, we have direct access to name brand and private label manufacturers from all over the world so contact us with any request.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship most orders via UPS ground on our Branding Studios UPS account and charge customers back that exact cost on your final invoice. If your account number is provided, we can ship on your UPS or FedEx account at no additional charge. We also ship internationally and bill customers the direct freight cost as well as duties and export fees.
When will I receive my final order invoice?
You will be emailed a final order invoice once your order ships.
What is your sample policy?
Non-decorated samples can be sent for free on a case-by-case basis as long as you share your UPS or FedEx shipping account number with us. You will be charged the sample shipping cost if no shipping account is provided.
